  1. Eminem is so talented, but his first singles of every new album he puts out are so predictable. Just Lose It is just another reincarnation of Without Me. The Real Slim Shady and My Name Is were a little less formulaic. I love Encore, but Eminem needs to /5(12).

However, Encore has many, many excellent songs, including some of Eminem's greatest hits, such as "Like Toy Soldiers" and "Mockingbird," songs which are poignant and explore serious subject matter. I also like "Yellow Brick Road" and "Encore" (the closing track). Furthermore, the bonus tracks in the Deluxe Edition are very good/5().

  4. Jun 05,  · I really wish this was just an EP with the good songs- because there are good songs. The first 6 tracks of this album are great. They live up to the 3 previous albums, not close to MMLP or Eminem show, but just slighty worse than Slim LP. If it went on like this it may not have been a classic like the other 3, but it would have at least been good/5().

  5. Eminem took a hiatus after the release of his first motion picture, 8 Mile, in late , but it never seemed like he went away. Part of that is the nature of celebrity culture, where every star cycles through gossip columns regardless of whether they have a project in the stores or theaters, and part of it is that Marshall Mathers kept busy, producing records by his protégés D12, Obie Trice.
